Please include ember.svg to allow icon size scaling

We currently ship an ember.png (64x64) and an ember.ico (48x48) file. However, it would be very helpful to also include an ember.svg file to allow scaling the icon to arbitrary dimensions.

I agree that SVG would be nice, however the source image is a bitmap. We would need to re-create it using vectors.

Erik, do you know who originally created the bitmap? Since we have multiple icon sizes I assume that there was a GIMP file or something that the icon was originally created from. If I can get my hands on that, I'm happy to create the SVG. If we can't find an actual source file, I could probably create an SVG from the highest-resolution bitmap we have available. Just let me know!

I'm pretty sure it was created by Anisim Kalugin, but I've since lost the correspondence. It just appeared in the commit log without any source material. Do you have his email? Otherwise you can just message me privately.
