Overlay primitives cast shadows

Bug Description

Not necessarily a bug, but for performance and in some cases for better visual of an area being edited it would probably be good if the primitives like overlays, area markers, bounding boxes, terrain spheres etc did not cast shadows.

Yeah, the bounding boxes shouldn't cast shadown. But for the terrain spheres I've actually found them useful since they help with conveying the height of the sphere.
