Bug Description

If you right click when not logged in to the world you shouldn't enter into the "movement" mode. The end result is that the cursor can't be moved. For any new user this is confusing and appears as erroneous behaviour.
The simple fix is to disable "movement" mode when not logged into a world.

I create an account, and have logged into the world, but player also default enters into the 'movement mode', the cursor can't be moved. Here I don't understand what "when not logged into a world" because I created an account, can you please explain a little bit ? Thank you.

Sorry about the description not being clear. This issue presents itself only if you've already logged into the world and the log out.
I.e. to reproduce:
1) Enter the world.
2) Log out of the world.
3) Now click the right mouse button.
