Don't copy objects in margins when setting a new keyframe

Bug Description
Go to frame #1, layer #1, at Ella's start.
Draw an object OUTSIDE of drawing area, i.e. in margins.
Goto frame #5 for this layer, for example.
Hit <f6> to set a new keyframe.
Alas, the drawing isn't copyed !

You must "add frames" before adding a keyframe, don't you ?
I can't reproduce this behaviour with the latest build I made (today).
