Bad layer handling

Hello,

Here is how to reproduce this bug :
- Create two layers : "text" and "rectangle", "text" above "rectangle ;
- Create a text object in « text » and a rectangle in "rectangle" (use different colors) ;

- Try unchecking the "visible" check box for layer "text" : it works ;
- Try unchecking the "visible" check box for layer "rectangle" : text also disappears ;
- Try putting "rectangle" above "text" : doesn't work.
