Selection of objects outside of current layer

Normally, in Ella, you can only select objects in CURRENT layer. But, you can do this :
1- set-up the first layer as "background"
2- add a 2nd layer, and draw somthing in 2nd layer
3- raise the second layer.
4- click on the drawing whic is NOW in first layer, it seems selected (selection box) but it isn't really the case !

We can also add a fix to our wishlist : new menus in order to selec ALL objects(items) for the current frame, not ONLY for the current FRAME AND LAYER
