Yesfm plugin seen in Music->Internet option outside spain

I can see Yesfm plugin option outside spain in Music->Internet option, when kept installed recommended plugins checkbox ticked.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Launch Elisa 0.5.31
2. Goto Music->Internet

Expected Result : Yesfm plugin not there in Music->Internet.

Current Result : Yesfm plugin there in Music->Internet.

Can you please?
1) Install a fresh Elisa on a clean machine
2) Start Elisa, reproduce the bug, quit Elisa
3) Attach your configuration file to this bug report

Please find configuration file attached , I installed 0.5.27 on clean snapshot ,though today Yesfm plugin was not seen in Music->Internet option , but i could see it in Plugins->Find new plugins and download from there , after downloading Yesfm option was seen in Music-Internet option with all its genres and channels.I could also search Yesfm tracks in music serach option when given a # after search criteria.

There is clearly something wrong: your configuration file indicates country_code='in', which is correct. And no yes.fm decorator should be called if country_code != 'es'.

Could it be that an old version of the yes.fm plugin is installed and used? At some point the restriction to Spain was removed and then re-added.

Can you please run the latest Elisa with the following command, reproduce the bug, exit and attach the generated log file:

    ELISA_DEBUG=plugin_registry:5 elisa 2> elisa.log

  Iam able to see Yes Fm plugin in Music->Internet since Elisa 0.5.26 . Iam attaching Elisa configuration and log file after reproucing the issue.

The debug output is unfortunately insufficient. Can you please try again with the following command, go to "Music > Internet > Yes.fm radios", exit and attach the resulting log file?

Alright, I found the root of the problem.
The new "Yes.fm radios" decorator doesn't check whether it's allowed to display.
