Populate plugins with icon metadata

Bug Description
We currently support display a plugin's icon when listing the plugins in Plugins/Find New Plugins, but no plugin ships icons in the supported format, so everywhere the default icon is displayed.
We need to populate the icons metadata for the main plugins we are shipping: Youtube, Flickr, Shoutcast.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Remove one of the Flickr, Youtube, Shoutcast plugins (located in elisa-plugins/
2) Start Elisa, go to Plugins/Find New Plugins
3) Navigate in the list of plugins
Expected result: the icon on the right side of the screen is that of the plugin.
Current result: the icon on the right side of the screen is a generic one (blue puzzle piece).
