No obvious way to get back to 2nd level pages from 3rd level

Bug Description
If the breadcrumb isn't implemented in the new Navbar, we're going to need a more obvious way to get back to the main Answers page from the individual question. This is also going to hold true of anyone on a 3rd level page trying to access a 2nd level page.

Well, isn't that the exact reason for having breadcrumbs? I think the/a solution would be just to reimplement breadcrumbs. Perhaps only on third-level pages and higher?
