Bug Description

elementary OS should have a fancy dialog opening effect by default.
A video of me playing with various animations at 150ms length is attached.

Unfortunately, there are too many windows with "dialog" type, I can't set up proper matching in Compiz 0.8.6... Unity modal dialogs do it somehow in 0.9, I guess we should clone that.

They'res a separate class for modals. I've been playing with the dialog animation in the Compiz profile; I'll throw a video online.

To be more specific, I was playing with the Curved Fold effect.
