ctrl+alt+T and alt+tab shortcuts not working

These shorcuts, and possibly others are not working, yet they are set up under keyboard shortcuts in the switchboard.

Please check if it still happens when a maximized window is focused. I wonder if it can be caused by the dock grabbing focus.

Oh, it's a bug of the compiz profile. Marking as duplicate of that bug.
