The order from the docky.xml script from Jupiter's eBuild should be a good starting point.

I make the plank intem like in jupiter's docky. Snhatsel have the items...

The dock items are already prepared by Gusions. I'm packaging them in .deb, assigning myself.

Items are created on Plank startup if ~/.config/plank/launchers folder is not present, thanks aroman for this info!
Fixed in eBuild trunk.

I dont think its fixed ! there are still many apps which are there not present, example lingo and marlin, and the ubiquity install icon is still not there ! ( maybe the package is not installed )

No, it definitely is fixed. Those apps just aren't packaged as you pointed out.
