Bug Description
After updating my Elementary OS system using apt update/upgrade, my Elementary OS system freezes at the login screen. I cannot move my mouse cursor or even use F-keys to login via terminal. The change that seems to cause this is the kernel upgrade from 4.13.0-36 to 4.13.0-37. The system is still usable if I go into advanced settings (before reaching the login screen) and select the previous kernel, 4.13.0-36. Upgrading again to kernel 4.13.0-38 did not fix the problem. Should I provide more details about my machine (this is the first time I report a bug)?
