Problem executing scripts APT::Update::Post-Invoke-Success

hello, i'm using elementary OS 0.4.1 Loki and i have a problem when i run "apt update" command.

~$ sudo apt update

using commands of this url fix the problem but it's an old version (0.9.4): https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/appstream/+bug/1579712/comments/24

please how can we fix this problem?
