gnome-control-center printer

This might be related to an unreachable network printer which ip address was changed. When try to edit this printer via settings > printer. The printer dialog doesn't open but crash

fixing the printer connection via lpadmin cli tool solved the problem. However, it might be a good idea to set a guard in the UI, so changes could be made by less experienced users
