Loki 4.1 update not happening

I have been running LOKI 4.0 for a while and I am trying to update to 4.1. My system is all up to date now the App Center searching for update just spins and spins. My System is still at 4.0.
Do I need to install the 4.1 update OS manually? Or?

Can you try from the command line and see if it fixes it?

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

He, I'm not entirely sure if it's because of this, but, as you can see, you have a PPA which causes errors: http://ppa.launchpad.net/mpstark/elementary-tweaks-daily/ubuntu.

Try removing it, and then it should work.
