Bug Description

The problem:
Login screen resolution is 4K. It is too much. Everything is very little and hard to see.
Once logged in, the resolution changes to my preffered one, which is 1920x1080.
My PC is connected to 50 inch Samsung TV supporting resolutions up to 4K.

Can I somehow change login screen resolution to 1920x1080?
