Bluetooth keeps switching back on locking screen and logging back in

Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Clean install of Elementary Loki.
2. From the Bluetooth menu in the wingpanel, drop down, slide switch to "off".
3. Lock screen using "Windows + L".
4. Unlock using username and password.
5. Bluetooth is again toggled on.
System: Acer Aspire E15 (E5-573-32JT)

Just wanted to add that, doing a "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-upgrade", followed by a system reboot, did not fix the issue.
