Bug Description
This is a feature request to
add the dark theme option to “Desktop” in “System Settings”.
Currently this option is only easily accessible is by installing elementary-tweaks.
Both Microsoft Windows and macOS have an easily accessible dark theme option, it's something switchers will expect.
It's there, let's give users the option.

The dark stylesheet is API for developers to use. We don't try to override the decisions developers have made when designing their apps
