Touch screen not working after sleep Dell XPS 13

Bug Description

The touch screen works fine from a cold boot, but after the OS sleeps and wakes it no longer works until the next cold boot, don't know what logs to include?

I cannot, I'm not willing to experiment on my main laptop.
