Bug Description
When i type the password and hit enter at Elementary Loki greeter,it takes about 100s for 'plank' and 'wingpanel' to appear,which means almost 2 minutes from login page to desktop (wallpaper appears the first moment i hit enter and also i can move the cursor)
additional info:
*it took only 27s to reach the greeter(I use EFIStub for booting)

Startup finished in 2.730s (firmware) + 471ms (loader) + 4.646s (kernel) + 19.883s (userspace) = 27.731s
