CTRL + SHIFT + key when using CTRL+SHIFT to switch keyboard layout

I use Elementary OS Loki 0.4
I have a problem when i use PHPStorm or something. For example i need to Push my commits to git. I press ctrl+shift+k and keyboard layout switch first, and CTRL+SHIFT+K not works.

This also happens with other keyboard shortcut's (CTRL+SHIFT+C, CTRL+SHIF+F etc)

 In Terminal when i press CTRL+SHIFT + A Loki select all TEXT, but layout switched to next language.

I responded in the Stack Exchange thread--you'll need to change the default keyboard layout shortcut or else it would conflict with any potential derivative shortcut use (e.g., Shift+Alt+letter)

@wolf, i want to use CTRL + SHIFT it is better for, because i am developer. Now i use Ubuntu 16.04 with CTRL + SHIFT instead Elementary OS

So the issue seems to be that Gala takes over any keybindings that start with ctrl+shift if the keyboard switch is set to that keybiding.
