unable to set custom wallpaper

I upgraded to Loki stable today, and when setting up my desktop I am unable to choose a custom Wallpaper in System Settings Desktop. Nothing happens, I can only choose the existing pics. Before today I was using Loki Beta2 which did not have this issue, nor did I have this issue using Freya.
