only wallpaper after login

I reload my laptop
log in system
and sae only wallpaper with cursor
plank and other part of pantheon are not working

I don't wait so long time
last week it happens more and more. Usually I have 3 or 4 attempts to login for successful loading of DE.
I have two versions of elementary in my laptop loki and freya
I should reboot between loki and freya several times for successful loading

yes desktop launch after 3 minutes.
my previous comments is not important because it is description of other ways to run the pantheon properly
