Bug Description
I'm running eOS Loki beta on a Toshiba CB 2 2015 (Gandof)
I noticed while watching YT in chrome that the laptop has getting unusually hot. I checked stats for nerds and significant frames were being dropped while playing 1080p60. System monitor showed both CPU cores running at 100%. I enabled the override software rendering list in chrome which didn't solve the problem.
I have now reverted to Solus 1.2 which has no issues with vp9 playback.
