Bug Description
Sometimes when I touch the trackpad with two fingers and want to scroll (usually down), something gets interpreted as a severe fling, and the content starts to scroll up very fast.
I have seen this issue mostly in Chrome, but I'm not sure if it's because it's my most used app, or because that's the only place where it happens.
I don't think I've met this issue before about a month ago.
