Enable AppMenus for GNOME apps

I am not sure if there is a better way of doing this, but setting:

gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.xsettings overrides "{'Gtk/ShellShowsAppMenu': <0>, 'Gtk/DecorationLayout': <'close, :menu,maximize'>}

will enable the AppMenus for GNOME apps to the left of the maximize icon.

Don't forget that we also currently set {'Gtk/DialogsUseHeader': <0>}, so this has to be appended to that

Ah that's why my dialogs broke. :D Good catch.

I think I want to bump this up in priority. Currently almost all GTK3 apps in AppCenter are completely broken without it.
