F10 does not work in MC

Bug Description

Pressing F1 through F9 works fine in the terminal, using MC
But F10 which is close editor/mc it self does not :-( it looks as if it grabbed by the terminal

This is seen on loki daily, but it were also an issue on previous version

As a workaround you can use your mouse to click the F10 Quit button to quit MC. I also noticed this in Xubuntu terminal, although it works ok in vanilla Ubuntu (which uses Gnome terminal I think). This workaround might not work in SSH sessions (it stopped working for me after recent update of our Gentoo HPC - MC now ignores mouse completely there), but this may be host OS specific.
