Bug Description

A recent change in Loki has made it so that all discovered printers are automatically added. Unfortunately, for those of us who attend universities or work in large companies, there are hundreds of discoverable printers on the network. For the past day I have been constantly bombarded by notifications letting me know that a new printer was added, and now when I go to find the one printer that I actually want to use, I can't find it because it's hidden among hundreds of other entries (see the attached screenshot to see what I mean).

Please change this behavior so that it only automatically adds printers that are physically connected to the computer.

I can confirm that changing the CUPS settings fixes the problem. I tested this by going to http://localhost:631/admin/ and changing "BrowseLocalProtocols" from "dnssd" to "none"
