We should create an appstream file for the sdk metapackage so that it can be found in appcenter

Here's a starting point for the appdata.xml. I'm not sure that this is necessarily the correct component type. Maybe Corentin could weigh in there. Also, I guess we'll need to create a .desktop so that appcenter knows what to do about an icon.
