Cannot configure Display

I am unable to configure the Display after clicking on System Settings -> Displays. I get a blue box with centered "Built-in Display" text and a white gears icon in the upper right corner which shows "Configure Display" upon hovering the mouse pointer over the gears icon, but nothing happens when clicking on it.

Details:
- elementary OS 0.3.2 (fully updated & upgraded at the time of filing this report)
- Dell Precision 5510 (Nvidia Quadro M1000M), nvidia-352 driver v.352.63

Not sure if this is related to bug #1466106 at all, however I discovered it while trouble shooting that.

When clicking the gear icon, nothing happens. Per xrandr I should be able to change my resolution.

I am using a high dpi display (as is the OP), the machine I am using is a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro.
