Looks like cups is dragging it in

Based on the cups-filters changelog I suspect this was unintentional fallout, so I'm gonna wait to see if Ubuntu themselves address the issue instead of us.

I made the .desktop files blank because trying to hide them still allowed them to hijack mimetypes in Files
