Bug Description

I tried the software updater in my Elementary OS Freya and it says I have to Partial Upgrade due to packages that may be half installed. This may have only happened once or twice(quitting half through wine, and half through installing photoshop cs6 using wine(so I think I remember finishing the wine installation). I've already sudo apt-get clean, sudo apt-get update, sudo apt-get upgrade, sudo dpkg --configure -a, and
sudo apt-get install -f.

I still get the error freya cannot upgrade to trusty.

Help Please. Thank you!
