Sound missing after disconnect HDMI screen

Bug Description
I connected an HDMI TV as second monitor on my laptop and changed the audio to go via TV, then I just removed the TV without changing the audio output (I thought it were going back to laptop speakers again) but sound got missed. I had to connect HDMI again, change the audio output and disconnect HDMI. I think this is a bug. I am using a Asus Zenbook UX305 laptop.
