Bug Description
Running elementary OS 0.31 Freya (3.19.0-30 (Fresh Install) & 4.2.3 (Upgraded to fix other issues)) on an Apple Macbook Air 6,2 single boot.
After maximizing an app and then restoring the app to window size, the mouse coordinates are always off. For me they are offset by -10px to -15px to the left and top. Regardless of app it will do this.
A temporary fix is to minimize the app to the dock and the re-opening the app.
This in effect really impacts on the user experience.

BTW, I've reproduced this way too many time and after way too many clean installs... due to other self inflicted issues.
