Bug Description

Our Wily iso is missing these language packs when compared with Ubuntu's Wily iso:

language-pack-en
language-pack-en-base
language-pack-gnome-en
language-pack-gnome-en-base
language-pack-gnome-zh-hans
language-pack-gnome-zh-hans-base
language-pack-zh-hans
language-pack-zh-hans-base

We actually ship even more than Ubuntu now, they only ship like 4
