Bug Description
I'm on Freya.
$ uname -a
Linux gabriel-freya 3.16.0-44-generic #59~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jul 7 15:07:27 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
$ lspci | grep VGA

Selecting 'Shut down screen if idle for:' (translated from Spanish) in the energy plug doesn't work.
After the X minutes selected, instead of simply powering off the screen, the systems enters suspend mode.
