Bug Description
"Transfers" is hard to find, it runs in the background unless you manually open the window. We should at least show some kind of GUI when a new download starts.
The UI exposed by ctrl+j would be an improvement.

Since Midori has been dropped in favor of Epiphany, shouldn't this be closed?
