Add geoclue plugins

Looks like we're not shipping a complete set of geoclue plugins to get accurate location data.

For the basic plugins (cmputing things for the IP)
 * geoclue-localnet
 * geoclue-plazes
 * geoclue-yahoo
 * geoclue-ubuntu-geoip
 * geoclue-skyhook
for the GSM :
 * geoclue-gsmloc
for the GPS :
 * geoclue-gpsd
 * geoclue-gypsy
to get street names :
 * geoclue-nominatim
 * geoclue-geonames

a) What about `geoclue-hostip`?

b) Do we need to also pull in `gpsd` for the gpsd plugin to work?

These packages have been added as dependencies of the desktop metapackage
in the Daily PPA. I don't know much about them so let's try it out for a
while.
