Bug Description
I have connected the earphones to my CPU. Sound is coming but no device is as such detected in Sound System settings(screenshot attached).
Also, There is no volume icon getting showed in wingpanel.
I have installed elemetary-tweaks but cannot install super-wingpanel.
(Unable to locate package super-wingpanel).
I basically want the volume icon on the wingpanel.

@Pankaj: could you please try and diagnose this with another Pulseaudio based application? Pavucontrol would be my favorite test here. If it shows up there, we are doing something wrong on our end, if it's not we probably have a bigger problem with your actual Hardware.
The volume icon (called sound indicator here) is not showing up because it's not detecting any output devices, same as the Settings Panel.
