Bug Description
This is a minor issue, but when using a laptop with an external monitor, and the Menu bar is at the top of the external monitor, clicking on Applications opens the applications menu in the laptop monitor (as if the laptop wasn't in spanning mode,) away from the word Applications in the Menu.
