Terminal window is missing features that existed on luna

Bug Description

This might not be a bug, but I'm not seeing the option to set my terminal as "always on top". this was a great feature and something unique to elementaryOs, please

You can go to System Settings > Keyboard and add a keyboard shortcut to "Toggle always on top" to use this feature on any window.

You don't think this is a bug?, it really feels weird to the user that different windows have different options. It's not consistent. It's not like this option is unique or particular to a specific application, it should be everywhere. And the console is a perfect fit for this feature!
