Files/folder color tags option dissapear

In the default file explorer in ElementaryOS Luna 0.2.1 (64-bit) I open it and at first, I can change tags of files/folders with the right click option. After that, I open a new tab and I cannot find this option of changing tags colors..it doesn matter on which tab you try, this option has dissapeared.

Do you have the files libpantheon-files-ctags.so and libpantheon-files-ctags.plug in usr/lib/pantheon-files?

You should not have these files (or any pantheon-files files in the corresponding location under usr/local

In usr/lib/pantheon-files I've got only a folder called plugings (no more files) Inside of plugins/core there are two files with names related to "tags" : libmarlinctags.so and marlinctags.plug.

I can't find libpantheon-files-ctags.so and libpantheon-files-ctags in this place, neither under usr/local and his subfolders.
