Wireless mouse scroll speed

I'm using Microsoft Wireless Desktop 800 and mouse scroll speed is 10x higher than it should be. I have to reconnect radio dongle to fix it. Every time after booting Elementary. Very annoying.

I am not very helpful here, but

i have the same problem with MS 4000 mouse with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
