Update-manager not launching

Bug Description

I can't lauch update-manager, neither from Slingshot nor from terminal. This is what i get:

I resolved it manually installing threading module. The strange thing is, I keep two PC updated to the latest freya packages, and only one of them suffered from this problem.

Ubuntu's software updater is being replaced in Loki by AppCenter. Invalidating related issues.
