Can't use im-config with HIME input method

Every time I type im-config, it shows the error message below.
Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged.

So I have to switch to im-switch to install HIME and delete IBus.
But in the area and language, it will show that language support is not installed completely,
and I click "Complete Installation", it install iBus back.

If I install IBus, it will also show that
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module" and IMOpenIM 'ibus' failed. Maybe another XIM server is running. when I type im-config
and hime will never work, but I don't want to use IBus!!

please fix the error!

im-config & HIME work fine in Ubunt & Mint!
