Bug Description
A library management plug would be pretty nice.
It's an elementary philosophy to use "import/export" from certain directories like Music, Pictures, etc for specific apps.
Why not creating a central place for it, again these would remove a lot of preferences settings in the cog-menu.

I guess the applications plug would also be a good place for this, with another category called "Library Management"
