input/output error occurred while installing EOS 32bit Freya

This error occurs again and again even I have tried with other pendrive still same error, also tried to install in my laptop still getting same error and again that error occurred and the installation process stops.
I have tried to boot with command and software like rufus and startup disk still having same problem.
Even I downloaded the iso 3 times but it won't work :( .
