Keyboard detection doesn't works

Bug Description
When installing ElementaryOS, there is a step where it tries to detect the keyboard. I have a french regular keyboard and it is detected as "French (obsolete)". When testing it there is some key not working.
If I force the "French" keyboard, everything works.
If I start the keyboard detection, it asks several question and put back the "French (obsolete)".
