Bug Description
I had 2 chromium windows open; but one was miniaturised above the first , I opened multi-tasking view and I can see both full-sized, but releasing the view back to desktop miniaturises it again.
I'm really not sure how this happened, at first I thought the window was invisible, and I didn't manage to capture it in the video but before I started recording, I had 2 chrome windows open on the desktop -
Once I could see, the other I could only see in Multi-Tasking view, and when I changed back to it; it was invisible. I only noticed the miniaturised version of the window while I was recording the video above the first window.
But before I started recording, it looked like the invisible window was overlaying the other, but hidden somehow, I think this because when I clicked around I could see images on the invisible page when dragging them.
Very odd.

Can confirm; not a chromium problem, happens with other applications as well. In this case, Steam. I was going to add a picture, but minimizing the window and refocusing it seems to fix the symptom so I wasn't able to screenshot.
